Sushi Martini. It's just that simple. The drink menu is loaded with unique specialties including a Cucumber Martini with house-made infused vodka, and a "Saketini" pairing Sake and Chambord in a surprisingly good combination. Sake Bombs seem to be the most popular item. Who doesn't like a drink with a bit of ritual? If you haven't seen or tried this yet, here's how it goes: fill a pint glass 3/4 full of Sapporo Beer, place a pair of chopsticks parallel across the top, balance a shot of sake on the sticks. Are you with me? Now pound your fist on the bar. The shot drops into the glass. Grab it and down it. The sushi menu covers everything from tame (cucumber roll) to adventurous (dynamite roll) all at great prices. We only tied a couple of rolls so far, but they were fresh and tasty. They are located in the big purple building on University Drive. You may have driven by and not noticed the very tiny sign on the door, but as the sun goes down the crowd starts to form and there is no doubt that they are open for business. Check them out and post a review to let us know what you think.
